About me

I would describe myself as highly curious and focused on learning in personal and professional parts of my life. I looked for challenging problems to solve, where I could learn and develop the most. I have taken on many different types of projects, including the implementation of new ideas and technologies. No matter what I am working on, I am very invested. I identify anyone I can learn from, find the problems that I care about, I optimize every step of the process. I have been - in engineering, project management, managerial positions in various fields of the oil & energy industry for an extended time. Over the years, I have built an expertise in management, communication, and leadership. In my last position, I had to run the day-to-day activities of the production department, oversee a multidisciplinary team consisting of engineers, logistics, other specialists, manage the department budget, prepare wrap-up reports, directly negotiate with service providers. In my future carrier, I would like to use my expertise to impact the company's growth, to help grow and shape the team and culture.

Briefly about the tasks

I was responsible for the production department for five years. Started from the department structural changes implementation and assembling the team. Later run the typical department routine: organized department's teamwork, prepared budget, production plans, and associated activities, delivered adequate resources for the team, supervised department's expenditures, ensured uphold of HSE policies and meeting of HSE targets. I represented the company in interactions with the authorities and contractors.

Briefly about the projects

As a Project manager in Lithuania I executed various projects for oil production, water injection, CO2 injection, open hole zonal isolation, hydraulic fracturing projects, gas utilization, wells drilling projects. Wells production evaluation projects in Oman were delivered.
